My skin tingles after application. Is that normal?

A slight tingling sensation can occur when using highly concentrated, pure vitamin C, especially if your skin is not yet used to it. This should subside after a short time. Start with one application every two to three days and increase slowly to get your skin used to it.

Why should I keep the serum in the fridge?

Pure vitamin C (ascorbic acid) is very unstable and reacts sensitively to light, air and heat. Storing it in the refrigerator slows down the oxidation process considerably, which keeps the serum fresh and effective for longer. You should use it within 2-3 months of opening.
