Lippenpflege
Die Lippenpflege hat sich in der koreanischen Kosmetik von einer einzigen Kategorie von Lippenprodukten zu einer Unterkategorie von Produkten entwickelt, die heute genauso umfangreich ist, wie die Produktvielfalt von Gesichtspflegeprodukten.
Koreanerinnen glauben nicht nur, dass Lippenpflege etwas ist, das man ein- oder zweimal pro Woche macht: Sie sind der Meinung, dass man das jeden Tag tun sollte. Und das erfordert ein Produkt, das sich leicht in die morgendliche und abendliche Routine einbauen lässt. Deshalb betrachten koreanische Marken Lippenstift und Lippenbalsam als zwei Seiten derselben Medaille: Lippenstifte sind so konzipiert, dass sie sich schnell und einfach mit einem Pinsel auftragen lassen (und können oft mit anderen Farben überlagert werden oder haben farbige Untertöne), während getönte Lippenbalsame einfacher zu verwenden sind als herkömmliche Balsame oder Vaseline, weil sie nicht fettig sind, gleichmäßig auf den Lippen gleiten, sich nicht schwer anfühlen und einen Hauch von Farbe hinterlassen, der die Lippen mit nur einem Wisch voller aussehen lässt.
